How to Use Your Prostate Support Kit: A Simple Guide to Gentle Circulatory Therapy
A vacuum pump is designed to gently increase blood flow to penile tissue. It is commonly used for circulatory support, sensitivity, erectile support, post-surgical recovery, and general penile health.
This guide explains how to clean, prepare, and safely use a manual vacuum pump.
Step 1: Clean the Pump Before Use
Proper cleaning helps protect sensitive tissue and prevent infection.
1. Disassemble removable parts if applicable.
2. Cover all parts that contact the body with the BryCare antibacterial cleaner.
3. Leave cleaner on for the recommended time (usually 1–2 minutes).
4. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
5. Pat dry with a clean towel and reassemble once fully dry.
Always clean before and after each use.
Step 2: Apply Lubricant
Lubrication is essential for comfort and an effective seal.
1. Apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant to the base of your shaft.
2. Apply lubricant to the rim of the pump cylinder.
Avoid silicone-based lubricants.
Step 3: Position the Pump
1. Place a tension ring at the base of the pump cylinder before pumping, or position it on the cylinder so it can be slid down easily.
2. Insert the shaft gently into the pump cylinder.
3. Press the base of the cylinder firmly against the body to create a seal.
4. Ensure the pump feels secure and comfortable before applying suction.
Step 4: Apply Gentle Vacuum Pressure
1. Slowly squeeze the manual pump once to create light suction.
2. Pause and assess comfort.
3. Gradually add suction with additional gentle squeezes if comfortable.
You should feel gentle pulling or fullness, never pain.
Step 5: Apply the Tension Ring
Once firmness has developed, a tension ring may be used to help maintain blood flow.
1. Once firmness is achieved, carefully slide the tension ring from the cylinder onto the base of the shaft.
2. Ensure the ring sits comfortably at the base.
The tension ring helps maintain firmness by reducing the outflow of blood.
Step 6: Use and Timing
• Start with 5–10 minutes per session
• Do not exceed 15 minutes
• Use no more than once per day unless advised by a healthcare professional
Always fully release suction before removing the pump.
Step 7: What You Should and Should Not Feel
You should feel:
• Mild pulling or fullness
• Increased warmth or blood flow
You should NOT:
• Feel pain or pinching
• Experience numbness, bruising, or discolouration
• Over-pump
Stop use immediately if discomfort occurs.
Step 8: Time Limits for Tension Rings
Tension rings should never be worn for more than 30 minutes.
Remove the ring immediately if you experience:
• Pain
• Numbness
• Coldness
• Colour changes
Step 9: Remove and Clean After Use
1. Release suction fully.
2. Gently remove the pump.
3. Clean again with antibacterial toy cleaner.
4. Rinse, dry, and store in a clean, dry place.
